The lot works as a Functional School: Sims can learn BADGES here. Yes, only badges. It uses some mods that was gotten at Paladin's Place that allows sims learn Badges. A sim that have a GOLDEN badge in something can teach other sims in the classrooms that knowledge and they will learn it. The lot runs better if a rich sim buys it and hires the employees with a gold badge to work as teachers.
